		<description>My two cent commentary is that we are due for another decline.  Real inflation, the monthly expenses I see, is up higher than the core inflation the BLS reports.  Consumers are reportedly continuing to spend more than they make. Wage increases are again reportedly not keeping up with even the CPI.  The pulling equity out of your house to spend period is just recently over.  All of this, in my opinion, combines to make it nearly impossible to maintain consumer spending.  I am betting on another major decline.</description>
