		<description>I think you are going to see the same number of consumers out spending but they may be spending less.  Even if consumers spend the same as they did last year it will not meet expectations of retailers or investors.  A growth economy expects spending to grow year over year. The boost they&#039;re currently providing to corporate profits is short-lived.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;You can&#039;t spend more than you make indefinitely. At some points the chickens will come home to roost. And then we&#039;ll all pay for it.</description>
