		<description>I had not thought about an in-kind-transfer.  Theoretically, you could move the stock in, get a Nuvi, move it out in a year and not pay any commissions.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Might need to dig through the fine print to verify that TD Ameritrade would allow such a deal.</description>
