		<description>Excellent post.  I&#039;ve never understood why the type of job you have dictates how much you get to save in a tax deferred account.  If my employer doesn&#039;t have a 401k, why should I be prevented from having the same benefits of someone whose employer does?  It makes no sense.  Going to a Canadian-style plan would be much fairer than the current system.</description>
